This was a challenging project that required constant coordination between the architect, developer/builder and the engineer to provide a cost effective and efficient design.

Stability Engineering created the full set of construction documents for this new 12,000 SF tenant space adjacent to the newly opened Market of Choice in Corvallis. In coordination with the developer/builder, who provided the conceptual drawings, we were able to coordinate the structural aspects of the project with the client’s architectural vision.
